She is also a certified Thai Massage Instructor and a Teacher of Thai Traditional Massage, having gained her certificates through the Thai Traditional Medical Services Society. Her shop in Ensbury Park is the Dorset Branch of the Thai Traditional Medical Services Society.

A traditional Thai massage, at thai-wellbeing.co.uk with Wanna, is a relaxing & calming experience. Situated in the suburbs of Bournemouth, set well away from the hustle & bustle of the main roads, the premises offers a peaceful environment, yet is within easy access from the main shopping areas of Poole & Bournemouth.

Thai massage is an interactive manipulation of the body, using passive stretching & gentle pressure along energy lines. This ancient form of massage dates back over 2500 years to the time of Buddha & can be described as a mixture of yoga, shiatsu & acupressure. Pressure is applied by thumbs, hands, elbows & feet along meridian lines, to stimulate the movement of energy in the body & to free muscular & joint tension.

All stretching & pressure is done within the comfortable tolerance of the client & the treatment is performed on massage bed or floor mattress.

Designed to be both relaxing & stimulating, Thai massage improves flexibility, reduces tension, stimulates internal organs & balances the body's energy system.
